At Tri Training Harder, we pride ourselves on being able to run camps for all abilities. We providing high quality triathlon coaching in all disciplines tailored to the individuals participating at any the time of year. Choose any one of these camps in the drop down preference box when you book and we will be able to adapt the training schedule to fit your needs!

For every session there are always groups for different abilities, so no one is ever left behind but those wishing to be stretched can be!

Our beginner camps are designed for people who have little or no experience of triathlon. The camps are very technique orientated with time spent ensuring that the fundamentals are in place in order that the athletes enjoy a long and successful career without developing bad habits or an injury.

Endurance camps are held at the start of the season where mileage is the focus. You do not have to be a strong triathlete to come on this camp- sessions will still be structured so that everyone is pushed within their own ability, with longer and shorter routes planned for each cycle and run. A strong element of technique work is maintained which ensures that athletes are able to make the most out of their off season.

Our Build camp is used at the start of the Easter period where the emphasis shifts from steady base work to interval based training sessions. There is still an element of technique correction, however, we are fully aware that with the race season just around the corner, you need to work on conditioning just as much as technique. For each cycle and run there are always longer and shorter routes planned to suit each and every athlete!

The "Fun" Camp. This camp has been designed for people who are doing their final set of training before a big competition. This week is hard, fast with some wicked sessions. Generally speaking, the volume is low for these camps, but that just gives you more time to recover...

Although we specialise in triathlon training camps, we offer the opportunity to focus on only one of the disciplines. In the past, running clubs have enjoyed using our facilities for a pre season training camp for example.

A cycling camp will link up with any ongoing triathlon camp cycling sessions but include other sessions which triathletes just don't need to do. There is an emphasis on race tactics, cycling skills and group work.

Are you short of time and can only join us for a weekend? Our long weekend camps run from Thursday until Monday morning. They are designed to integrate with any of the camps above, allowing you to get the most out of the training for such a short period of time. You are able to do video analysis, the Monchique ride and also have a run around the track: all in just a weekend!
