Our coaches are frequently available for personal consultation or coaching sessions. Our coaches at Tri Training Harder are always keen to bring their knowledge and expertise to the individual athletes that they are coaching or to groups who are looking to improve their technique or do skill specific training.
These sessions are useful for individuals or groups wanting to get a bit more out of their training or training plans. Examples of consultations or training sessions include:
- Private one-to-one sessions for individuals
- Group sessions
- Technique or skill specific work- e.g. swim or running technique and drills, bike handling
- Video analysis
- Private camps or workshops incorporating several different disciplines or sessions
- Advice on personal training programmes
To get the most benefit out of these sessions, it is worth identifying what would be the most benefit to you or your club before the coach gets to you.
