Yes, we cater for triathletes of all abilities, and a lot of our holiday guests are complete beginners!
If you are a beginner, you can let us know on your booking form and we will ensure that you receive a training holiday that is suited to both your confidence and fitness level. We have skill specific sessions for beginners, including mounting and dismounting, transition and introduction to open water swimming. Our pool swim sessions, cycle rides and running sessions all cater for you individually too- you will be grouped with other similar-standard athletes so that you can all learn and improve together. To find out more about beginners on camp, read our blog about it here.
